Catherine Ricker is a Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries. Catherine was the SVP Human Resources and External Affairs at Affinity Federal Credit Union, the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at Madison Square Garden, the Director of Human Resources for The WIZ, and the Manager of Customer Service, Training, Recruitment and Retention at Bloomingdale’s Flagship Store in Manhattan. Catherine is passionate about the employee experience and was the driving force behind Affinity’s ranking in “The Best Places to Work in New Jersey” Large Company Category for 12 consecutive years.

Catherine earned her Bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College and is a certified SPHR and SHRM-SCP. Catherine has spoken at events including the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources (“How to Become a Best Place to Work”) and The Global Women’s Leadership Network (“The Power of Talk”).
