DESCRIPTION:On November 4 & 5\, 2023\, New Jersey Ballet is coming to Two River Theater in Red Bank\, NJ for the first time! \n\n \n\nNew Jersey Ballet is celebrating its 65th Anniversary this season and we are excited to bring this amazing company to a theater near you. \n\n \n\nIn 2021\, New Jersey Ballet hired a new Artistic DIrector\, Maria Kowroski\, who was a former Prinicpal Dancer with New York City Ballet for 25 years. She has brought new repertory for the company within the last 2 years which caught everyone's attention - noticing that New Jersey Ballet is going to a whole new exciting direction.\n\nLast season\, the company has worked with New York City Ballet Principal Dancer\, Harrison Ball with World Class Fashion Designer\, Zac Posen\, former Principal Dancer\, Lauren Lovette\, world class choreographer\, Christopher Wheeldon\, and more.\n\n \n\nOn November 4 and 5th\, we are performing Jerome Robbins' Fancy Free\, George Balanchine's Rubies\, Christopher Wheeldon's This Bitter Earth and Gustavo Ramirez Sansano's Reencounter from Carmen.
