In her role she develops relationships with small to large businesses and not-for-profits and helps them to expand their reach through networking opportunities and membership benefits. Jodi is also the lead for the NBIA's statewide Not-for-Profit Council. She developed the council to bring both the for-profit organizations and not-for-profits together to learn more about how they can help each other and collaborate on an ongoing basis. She is also the Co-Founder and CEO of the Applaud Our Kids Foundation\, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping fund children living with financial barriers take ongoing lessons in dance\, acting\, instrumental music\, and vocal instruction.  Jodi has worked in the non-profit industry for over 15 years. She is also a Certified Professional Coach.
