DESCRIPTION:Join the conversation at EMACC's Women Business Leaders Forum on Wednesday\, July 12 and hear from our panel of professional women for a moderated discussion as our panelists showcase their unique talent\, approach to opportunities\, and inherent strength that women bring to the world of business.\n\nMeet the Panel:\n\n\nStacey Kavanagh\n\nFirst Vice President/Market Manager\, Provident Bank\n\n\n\n     Stacey Kavanagh of Jackson\, NJ\, is First Vice President\, Market Manager with Provident Bank.  As a Market Manager responsible for developing new business in Monmouth and Middlesex Counties\, Stacey works closely with businesses to meet their financial needs while building a referral network of accounting firms\, law firms\, and trade associations to source new business. Stacey oversees five branches in Monmouth and Middlesex County\, NJ and is responsible for sales management\, operational proficiency\, coaching and staff development.\n\n      With more than 25 years experience in financial services\, Stacey is President of ProvidentWomen\, an employee resource group dedicated to the professional & personal growth of women within Provident Bank and the community.  In this role\, Stacey provides opportunities of advancement through education\, networking\, and financial literacy. She is also a member of Provident Bank's diversity council.\n\n      Stacey believes strongly in giving back to the community. Stacey is a Board Member of the African American Chamber of Commerce of NJ Foundation and the Ocean County College Foundation.  In addition\, she participates in helping small businesses across the country through the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership.  Stacey was honored by Hometown Heroes USA in 2020 for her contributions to the community.\n\n      Stacey enjoys spending time with her pets\, Charlie & Duke and is not ashamed to say she loves relaxing watching TV!\n\n\n\n\nMarilyn Piperno\n\nAssemblywoman\, District 11\, Monmouth County\, NJ\n     Marilyn Piperno was sworn in as an assemblywoman in January 2022.\n\n     Piperno is a fitness instructor and nutrition coach\, certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.\n\n     After earning bachelors degrees in literature and communications in 1987 from Pace University\, she started a successful 15-year publishing career. Piperno first worked on academic textbooks and later consumer monthly publications such as Shape women's health and fitness magazine\, Child parenting magazine and Readers Digest.\n\n     Pivoting from publishing to focusing on her two sons and daughter\, she became actively involved in the Colts Neck Parent Teacher Organization\, the education program at St. Mary's Parish in Colts Neck\, and coached youth sports. She launched an annual food drive in March of 2017 benefiting Lunch Break in Red Bank\, the Center in Asbury Park and Ronald McDonald House in Long Branch.\n\n      Piperno resides in Colts Neck with her husband Paul\, and their three children.\n\n\n\n\nKim Eulner\n\nAssemblywoman\, District 11\, Monmouth County\, NJ\n     Kim Eulner was sworn into the Assembly in January of 2022.\n\n     Eulner earned a bachelors degree in sociology in 1988 from Washington College in Chestertown\, Maryland. She went on to work on Wall Street focused on commission management. Since 2019\, she manages analytics for the financial and insurance industries at an Eatontown-based data company and is a licensed real estate agent.\n\n      Kim served as a Shrewsbury councilwoman from 2018 to 2022\, serving as council president in 2020 and chairwoman of the open space committee in 2021. Under Kim's leadership\, the Council succeeded in reducing the Borough's tax rate multiple years while maintaining the services that Borough residents enjoy.  \n\n     A lifetime resident of Shrewsbury\, Eulner has two adult sons.\n\n\n\n\nJane Tresnan\n\nTresnan Properties\n    Jane Tresnan\, Managing Member of Tresnan Properties\, LLC and Total Storage Concepts\, LLC\, has been a developer\, owner and operator of self-storage for the last ten years. Janes most recent development project was the new construction of a multi-story\, state of the art\, storage facility in Red Bank\, NJ. Jane is also Managing Partner of West Orange Storage\, LLC and T&L Partners and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of self storage facilities in West Orange\, NJ and Bethlehem Township\, PA.\n\n     Jane's focus is to continue seeking self-storage development opportunities in Monmouth County\, NJ. In addition\, Jane\, owner of Glimmer Bay Slips\, LLC\, recently entered into the boat slip rental business with the acquisition of a small marina.\n\n     Prior to dedicating her career to the self-storage industry\, Jane was a teacher of English in the Township of Union school district and an advertising account executive in New York City and Philadelphia.\n\n     Jane earned a B.A. in Psychology\, M.A. in Corporate & Organizational Communication and a Certificate to Teach English K-12. Jane also serves as Chairman on the Executive Board of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce and resides in Manasquan\, NJ.\n\nPanel Moderator:\n\n\n\n\n\nKelly Power\n\nOperations Manager\, Absolute Home Mortgage-Team Cook\n     An accomplished professional in the mortgage industry\, specializing in branch\n\noperations\, Kelly is known for her exceptional communication skills and ability to build\n\nstrong relationships\, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable mortgage experience. Kelly's\n\nexpertise lies in facilitating all aspects of a transaction with care and attention\, creating\n\na smooth and stress-free process for borrowers. She loves helping her clients and\n\ncolleagues achieve their personal and professional goals.\n\n     With a genuine passion for helping others\, Kelly partnered with the team for the 2022\n\nLeukemia Lymphoma Society Visionary of the Year winner to help raise over $250\,000\n\nfor cancer research and programs. She also helps organize yearly toy and food drives\n\neach winter.\n\n     Kelly is proud to be the co-chair of EMACC?s Women in Business committee\, a member\n\nof the Mortgage Bankers Association of NJ Women's Committee and a founding\n\nmember of Turnkey Women's Alliance\, an organization connecting top women\n\nprofessionals in real estate and affiliate industries.\n\n     Before moving to New Jersey\, Kelly lived on the west coast of Puerto Rico for 10 years\n\nand is fluent in Spanish.
