This session would focus on the Challenges in Returning Employees Back to Work After COVID-19. It will include a review of the new polices and leave leaves laws that employers need be aware of, how to return staff back to work after they have been out on leave, how to prepare your workplace to be a safe one and tips on communicating with staff to help them reduce their anxiety and fears during this unprecedented crisis.
