Throughout my life I have been blessed to be an effective communicator and connector with a keen ability to build relationships and bring stakeholders to collaboration towards achievement of a desired outcome or result. In an educational context, this has been true whether dealing with students, parents, teachers, or administrators. It is also evidenced through community leadership roles like coaching, scouting, government, and church ministries where I have been able to add value to others through positive influence and encouragement.
I have served as a leader in the education field for nearly 30 years, including 10 years as the Principal of a nationally-ranked high school. Additionally, as an adjunct instructor for multiple institutions of higher learning for over 15 years, I have been consistently rated at the top of the scale for my ability to relate to and inspire adult learners and to guide them to reach their greatest potential. Time, experience, and feedback has allowed me to fine-tune my skills and fuel my passion to translate my successes to current and future leaders!
