N.J. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Bracken says the best way the state could help small businesses is to
offset an automatic tax increase on employers designed to replenish the state’s depleted unemployment insurance fund. A plan to offer tax credits to businesses to offset the tax hikes was not approved by the Legislature before its recess. (New Jersey Monitor)
