Join us for a day of Self Care enjoying Acupuncture, Massage, Infrared Sauna and Guided Meditation while listening to sounds of the Ocean.
Bring your beach chair and dress for a day by the shore as we imagine the sand beneath our feet and the never-ending sounds of the ocean.
Doors will open at 1:30
Your day will include;
40 minutes of Acupuncture with Dr. Loew
30 minutes of Massage with Heather, Detox Box
15 Minutes in the Infrared Sauna with lights to reflect what your body needs.
20 Min. Group Guided Meditation with Sound led by Ginnie
Enjoy light refreshments and beverages to follow the theme of a day at the shore.
