The minute you start talking about it, it becomes easier. Rachel DeVincenzo is a clinical psychotherapist, specializing in treatment for adolescents/adults. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware, and later earned her Masters of Social Work from Monmouth University. With extensive experience in clinical practice, working with individuals, groups and couples, Rachel is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a varied spectrum of patients. She believes the success in therapy develops from a good balance between the patient and therapist as well as the individualized treatment approach.
Rachel provides a comfortable, safe and respectful environment while using her expertise with diverse forms of treatment able to shape the therapy and treatment plan to the patient or couple's individual needs and personality.
She utilizes a collaborative approach to therapy, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.She has experience working with individuals, couples and families, with a focus in serving patients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, interpersonal difficulties, and insecurity about work and life goals.
