Throughout my 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have developed knowledge and skills in human resources, customer service, insurance, sales, business development and marketing. As VP of Group Benefits for Central Jersey Insurance Associates, I’m focused on helping business owners provide their employees with competitive group benefits.

In my current role, I am responsible for the development, management and leadership of all employee benefit programs offered by CJIA. This is accomplished by advising and consulting business owners on the best policies for their short- and long-term strategic objectives, while working with carriers to access the best insurance policies.
