As a lifelong resident of Monmouth County, I have been residing in the Fair Haven/Red Bank are for over 20 years. Have served my community on various committees, such as VP for PTA, volunteer at Church of the Nativity, fundraising lead for Boy Scout Troop 67, as well as Covenant House/Asbury Park and CPC Behavioral Heathcare.
Had a successful career as a manager on Wall Street for many years and bring high standards of professionalism to my work.

Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, Chris Ryan graduated from Red Bank Regional H.S. and Lafayette College.  For over 17 years, he's enjoyed working with businesses and families to address their insurance needs.

In 2022, Chris left the industry to join Insperity, a PEO, as an Account Executive in their Middle Market Division.  In his new role, he'll work with clients in the Northeast on their Human Resources administration, compliance, and benefit packages.  Insperity's robust suite of HR services allows their clients to focus on their core business and growth, while controlling costs, ensuring HR compliance, and giving their employees access to top tier benefit packages.

Hello! My name is Heather and I am the Banking Center Manager, Provident Bank- Hazlet Office. I have been with the company since 2008.  I am a full time, working mom of 2 boys, who keep me on my toes daily! I love being involved in my community and the face of our company in my area.  I handle consumer and commercial customer service, lending, and more. If you are looking for "Commitment You Can Count On", I am your girl! 

I have over 25 years as an active member of the EMACC, twice serving as Chairman of the Board.  I currently serve on the board of directors of EMACC.  I Co-Chair the Spinnaker Awards Dinner for EMACC as well.  I am the current Past Chairman of the Board of CPC Behavioral Healthcare which provides mental health and addiction services to children and adults in Monmouth County.  I have 30 years lending experience in commercial lending/business development. I have extensive experience in dealing with contractors, investment properties and owner occupied real estate financing. In depth knowledge of SBA 7A and 504 loan programs. The Bank also works with various loan programs provided through the NJ Economic Development Authority that provide low interest loans to companies that are adding new jobs and helping the NJ economy grow.

I was born and raised in Ocean County at the Jersey Shore.  I am a graduate of Seton Hall University in South Orange, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Graphic Design, and have been in retail banking for over fifteen years.  I am currently the AVP - Area Manager at the Long Branch and Little Silver offices of Lakeland Bank.  In addition to helping clients in the office, I strive to support the surrounding communities.  I am an active member of the EMACC Business After Hours Committee, the Marketing, Membership and Communications Committee and the eng! Committee.  When I am not spending time with my wife and two children, I enjoy playing golf and baseball.            

I'm a local insurance professional that owns a mid-sized agency with approximately 35 employees.  We write with dozens of carriers, and focus on commercial and personal insurance.  Property and Casualty (Auto, Home, Business Liability, Worker's Compensation, etc.), as well as Employee Benefits (Group Health Insurance) as well as Life Insurance and Wealth Management.  We have a concentration of contractors and construction business, as well as a manufacturing program for metal workers, and a Marina program.

As President of Pension Parameters Financial Services, Inc., I work with business owners who understand the importance of saving for retirement.  We design retirement plans that maximize retirement savings for the owner while also providing a program that helps to recruit and retain key employees.  I have been in the retirement planning industry for over 30 years and have tremendous experience in qualified retirement plan design and consulting.

John Mousseau is the owner of The Alternative Board (TAB) Jersey Shore North.
 
John brings over 25 years of experience to TAB specializing in marketing and operations.  His diverse experience includes working for Fortune 500 companies Kraft, MasterCard and CBS, start-ups and owning a franchise business.  Since 2014, he’s also been the owner of The Moose Consulting, a marketing and operations consultancy focusing on helping independent businesses grow.

I have a genuine passion for helping others and was honored to partner with the team for the 2022 Leukemia Lymphoma Society Visionary of the Year winner to help raise over $250,000 for cancer research and programs. I also help organize yearly toy and food drives each winter.
I am proud to be an EMACC Board member as well as the co-char of the Women in Business committee and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of NJ Women’s Committee.
 

My passion for becoming a financial planner stemmed from the seeds that my parents planted when they came to America in the early 90s. As a restaurant entrepreneur, my parents worked 72 hours per week that provided food and shelter for the family over a decade. As grateful as I was for my parents instilling work ethic upon my siblings and I, they never developed a retirement nest egg for themselves. As a 1^st generation immigrant, I can relate with those who work hard to provide for their family but lacked the knowledge or insight to plan for retirement. That is why it brings me a sense of fulfillment when I’m able to help families plan for their future.

Jennifer Eckhoff is an enthusiastic leader with over 30 years of experience in non-profit event planning and execution with 37 years of visual presentation and graphic design experience.  As Executive Director of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce, Jennifer brings cohesive marketing campaign concepts to the Chamber and its programs. Jennifer’s creativity to think out of the box brings new and different approaches to situations, problem solving and events.
