Jennifer Eckhoff is an enthusiastic leader with over 30 years of experience in non-profit event planning and execution with 37 years of visual presentation and graphic design experience.  As Executive Director of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce, Jennifer brings cohesive marketing campaign concepts to the Chamber and its programs. Jennifer’s creativity to think out of the box brings new and different approaches to situations, problem solving and events. 

Lorenzo Murolo is a leadership and business performance coach and the founder of Motivare Coaching, based in Red Bank, NJ. With more than two decades of experience at Accenture, Lorenzo worked at the intersection of leadership, operations, and growth, supporting executives and organizations as they scaled.
