NJMVC Offering “REAL ID Tuesdays” Every Other Tuesday Starting May 20, 2025 The NJ Motor Vehicle Commission will add 5,200 additional appointments with “REAL ID Tuesdays.” The NJ Motor Vehicle Commission will begin offering additional appointments for residents to obtain their REAL ID driver’s license starting in two weeks on Tuesday, May 20, at Licensing Centers throughout the state. Eligible residents will have the opportunity to upgrade to a REAL ID, which is good for five years, on REAL ID
