RE: Full & Half Channel Closures under the Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge in September 2024
The Shrewsbury River navigational channel under the Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge will be
completely closed to all marine traffic from 6:00 a.m. on Monday, September 16, 2024 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2024.
The channel width under the bridge will be
reduced by half, to 37.5 feet, from Monday, September 23, 2024 through Friday, October 25, 2024. The eastern half of the channel will be available for marine travel.
