This special Women’s Event is designed for busy, dynamic women looking to reconnect with themselves and their wellness in a meaningful way. Together, we’ll explore the relationship between physical movement and mental wellbeing through a hybrid-style F45 workout — combining both strength and cardio in a format that supports real-life functionality and energy. (Wear loose fitting or active wear clothing and SNEAKERS).
And here’s the best part — no mirrors. F45 is a no-judgment zone where the focus is on how you feel, not how you look. It’s a space where you can show up as you are, support one another, and leave feeling stronger inside and out.
The evening will also feature a wellness discussion led by Correlation, highlighting the science and personal insights behind the connection between exercise, self-perception, productivity, and sustained empowerment — perfect for any woman balancing work, leadership, and life.

The beneficiary for this event is Covenant House NJ - Asbury Park Program.
Covenant House New Jersey's Rights of Passage (ROP) program in Asbury Park is a transitional housing program designed to help young adults, typically between 18-21, who are experiencing homelessness move towards independent living. The program provides a supportive environment where residents can develop essential life skills, manage finances, pursue education or vocational training, and work towards securing stable, long-term housing.

Walk straight to the open center TURN LEFT.
We will be meeting in the common area just past the elevators/restrooms in the center from 5:30 - 6:20
We will move into the F45 space for 6:30 class.

SPONSORSHIPS:Sponsorships are non-refundable after publication of said sponsorship.
EVENTS:
Pre-paid event registration fees are only refunded in the event of a change of date or venue OR with notice 12 hours prior to the event.
Cancelations within 12 hours of the event will result in the fee applied as a credit towards another EMACC event. Maximum of 3 applied credits per membership year.
Registered "No Shows" will be charged the full amount and will not be permitted to use toward future events.
