RE: Change to Overnight Opening Date
With USCG approval, there will be no bridge openings until 5/15/25. However, to accommodate mariners who require a bridge opening to move their boats, the western half of the channel is scheduled to be open from 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 8 until 6 a.m. on Friday, May 9 with no vertical clearance restrictions.
The updated and USCG approved schedule for bridge openings and channel width restrictions can be found on the Recent News or Travel Advisory pages of the project website.
